Thank you for registering for Bombers U13 AA tryouts.! We are encouraged with the number of players registered at this age level and looking forward to being competitive! There are a few important notes below on expectations during the tryout process......
Upon arriving to the arena, our Registrar will be set up at the desk to check you in. Every player will receive a tryout jersey, that is theirs to keep, plus a Tryout Identification Number (TIN#). Our Registrar will also be providing you with a 1-pager with information on the upcoming Glancaster Bomber merger, it will be very important to make sure as many people as possible vote on October 22.
I will be providing communication through this team webpage moving forward. Also, player selection/releases will be posted on the team tryout page (link to be updated). Players listed on the page WILL be returning for the next skate, and players NOT listed on the page will be moved to the U13 A page. Please note that no releases are permitted before the third tryout (Tuesday September 20).
With the age level of this group, there should be no need for parents in & around the dressing rooms. Please keep yourself to the lobby or stands area, no parents are permitted in the dressing room corridor.
Lastly, please understand that the coaches and evaluators have a job to do. We aren't able to socialize and ask that communication during tryouts is minimized, as to not undermine the evaluation process. There will be no phone or text communication with any parent involved, only emails that can be passed along to the executive board members to review.
