The Annual General Meeting has been scheduled for Thursday June 20 from 7-9pm at the Ancaster Rotary Center, 385 Jerseyville Road West, Ancaster.
All parents with players registered with the Glancaster Bombers Minor Hockey Association this past season (2023-2024) are invited to attend.
We will provide a review of the season in general, review and approve the Financial Statements for the 2023/2024 Hockey Season, and assign specific director roles to those that have been voted into board positions by Ancaster and Glanbrook minor hockey associations through their respective AGMs.
A full agenda along with presentation slides will be available the week prior to the AGM.
