The Glancaster Bombers are excited to welcome Coach Jay Bolduc as the U11B Head Coach for the 2026–27 season. A longtime coach within the Bombers organization, coach Jay returns to the bench with a focus on creating an environment where players feel supported, challenged, and confident to be themselves. His coaching philosophy emphasizes development over results, effort over ego, and learning through both success and adversity.
