We are thrilled to introduce Coach TJ as a head coach this year! Since 2016, Coach TJ has extensive experience coaching various age groups and divisions in both boys and girls hockey. Most recently he was an assistant coach for our Bombers U10 AA team. He has brought his skills development background from Innovate Hockey as a development partner with the organization for several years. Coach TJ himself has an impressive hockey resume. Coach TJ grew up playing in Glanbrook until he played AAA.
He then played Jr A, B, and C then NCAA Division 3 and some minor pro and Europe. Coach TJ’s focus for our U11 AA group will be to further develop individual hockey skills, team concepts and hockey IQ. He believes hockey and team sports should be used as an opportunity to prepare kids for real world situations. Respect, effort, and discipline will be emphasized every day — all while keeping hockey fun!
