Skills-n-Drills Program (Mite through PeeWee)

Overview
AMHL is offering in a extra hour of practice time each week to AMHL registered House League Players – Mite through PeeWee age groups.  In addition to their regular weekly house league game and practice, the players who register for this program will be on the ice an extra hour each week focusing on skating, skills development and small area games.

Summary

A 20-week program of power skating, skills development and small area games for running from early October until the end of February. Players will be on the ice for a total of 3 hours per week: 1 hours with the  Skills-n-Drills Program and 2 hours with their house league team. The cost of the program is only $425 for 20 hours of instruction ($21.25 per hourly session). Players registered for the program are encouraged to tryout for their respective Select team along with house league players who are not registered for the program.

Is there limited space in the program?
We will accept a maximum of 70 AMHL House League registered layers.  Depending on the number of sign ups, players (30-35 players per hour) will be slotted into the 1st or 2nd hour and movement between hours may be made according to skill level.

Schedule
This program will run on Tuesday evenings 6-7pm and 7-8pm at Spring Valley Arena and will be run by Leo Paone.
