Location: Cliffview Park - 26 Upper Paradise Rd (Chedoke Stairs)
Note that these sessions are not mandatory, but are recommended. For those not familiar with the Chedoke Stairs, they are accessed via Cliffview Park. Cliffview Park is located at 26 Upper Paradise Road and Scenic Drive.
Parking is limited, so please carpool where possible. Parking along the street or on the 'court' is at your own risk... occasionally bi-law will visit and share their parking tickets with us.
Parents are welcome to join the players on the stairs... we will also have some other fitness activities planned that we would limit to players-only.
Everyone should dress according to weather, please remember water bottles... and bug spray might be a good idea.
