Opening Ceremonies

On Friday evening of each weekend Opening Ceremonies are held at the The Shores Recreation Centre in Forest.
It is one of the highlights of the weekend for teams as the ceremony includes all teams being introduced as they are paraded by our Royal Canadian Legion Br. 176 onto the ice surface wearing their team sweaters.
After teams are paraded on and introduced there will be the introduction of Silver Stick and other local dignitaries.
We do not have an organized pin trading time but as teams gather prior to Opening Ceremonies this has become a natural time where the kids interact and trade pins with kids from across Ontario and the US. We would appreciate all teams participating.
