Nomination to 2020/21 GMHA Board of Directors
in accordance with Article IX, of the GMHA Constitution (revised May 2019), the Secretary is inviting nominations to the Board of Directors from the Members of the Association, for 2020/21.


                               

A completed nomination form (see below) shall be sent electronically to 
secreta[email protected] 
 no later than March 15, 2020.

Current Board of Directors/Executive Members wishing to fulfill a new term must also follow this process.

Upon receipt of all nominations, the Secretary shall post, no later than March 17, 2020, the final list of all nominees and the corresponding position/vacancy they wish to fulfill.

The following positions are open to receive nomination;


- VP Operations (new 2-year term)

- VP Haldimand (new 2-year term)

- Secretary (new 2-year term)


 • To be eligible for nomination of Vice President or Secretary a member must have served a minimum one (1) of the previous years as a Director or Convenor.


*** President, VPs OMHA, VP Early Development, Treasurer are to serve the second year of their terms in the 2020/21 season.

 
Additionally, the following vacancies are seeking nomination for a 1 year term;


- Director of Special Events & Fundraising

- Director of Sponsorship

- Director of Tournaments

- Director of Equipment / Purchasing

- Media Relations Co-ordinator

- Coaches Mentor / Hockey Development


To be eligible for any position on the Committee, the nominee shall have been/be a member in good standing with the Glanbrook Minor Hockey Association.
