GMHA Permission to Skate Forms for 2020 AAA Tryouts & 2020 Registration is Open!

The Ontario Minor Hockey Association (OMHA) requires that every player trying out for a AAA team provide their AAA zone with a Permission to Skate (PTS) form which they must obtain from their home centre. The completed PTS form will be emailed to you only when you register at Glanbrook Minor Hockey Registration Page.  Returning AAA players do not need to register and Pay with their home centre (GMHA), they just need to fill out the on-line form below.
