Major Atom A (U11), 2019-2020, REP (Glancaster Minor Hockey)

This past weekend saw playdown action for the Glancaster Bombers Atom A Team as they start the road towards OMHA and NDHL finals!  Game one saw action between Welland and Glacaster that ended in a 2-2 tie.  The afternoon game put the Bomber's against the West Niagara Flying Aces and ended in a tough loss.  Saturday morning put us in action against Stoney Creek which ended in a loss, putting the team in must win territory for the last two games in the round robin.  The boy’s really stepped up and won a hard-fought battle against Niagara Falls 2-1 on Saturday night and Garden City 5-1 on Sunday ...

The Glancaster Bombers Atom A team rolled into Pittsburgh this Thanksgiving weekend, participating in the Three Rivers Tournament.  The boys got off to a great start defeating the Glenview Stars 5-1 on Friday afternoon.  Saturday morning brought action against the AA Trenton Stars.  In this fast flying game the boys came out hard scoring two short handed goals and winning the game 5-1! 

The Tryout Player List TINs have been updated to reflect the released players.  Great job by all the boys and good luck to those players who will be moving to the AE tryout process. If your child’s TIN is on the list they have made the Major Atom A team, Congratulations!  The league will be sending an email regarding tomorrow's team ice later this evening.  

The boys all played well tonight!   The TIN list has been updated to include only those players and goalies who are continuing with the A tryout process beyond tonight's exhibition game.  Good luck to all the boys in the next round of tryouts. All the players whose TIN is still on the list are playing in Saturday's game in West Niagara.  There should be enough extra white jerseys but please bring your white jersey from last year.   I will not be at the game on Saturday; however, someone from the league will be there to run the bench.
